					<description>Did you like the zucchini flower?  It's very shi shi - I've seen it on food network a lot and I remember an episode of Gilmore Girls when the cook lady gets in a bunch and she was very excited.

The funny thing is, I grew up with a garden and had never heard of eating the flower either.  This year my mom kept telling me about her garden and zucchini and told her she should make stuff zucchini flowers and she was shocked.  I sent her the recipe and she, too, had never heard of such a thing.  Funny how that works huh?</description>
