This week it feels like not a lot of stuff happened, even though a lot of stuff happened. On Saturday, a bird pooped on mom\u2019s arm. After that we got on the bus and went to a really good pizza place. We had gelato for desert. On Sunday, I did D&D, but one of my friends was DMing. He made his own version of D&D (which isn\u2019t really D&D because it made no sense). On Monday, I convinced my friend to have dad DM. In the evening we did Civ VI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gelato in the suburbs of Colon<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

On ne dirait que rien ne s\u2019est pass\u00e9 cette semaine mais beaucoup de choses se sont pass\u00e9es. Samedi un oiseau a fait caca sur le bras de maman. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a on a pris le bus et on a mang\u00e9 \u00e0 une tr\u00e8s bonne pizzeria. On a mang\u00e9 une glace pour le dessert. Dimanche, j\u2019ai jou\u00e9 \u00e0 Donjons Et Dragons, mais un de mes ami \u00e9tait le Maitre Du Donjon. Il a fait sa propre \u00e9dition de Donjons Et Dragons, mais c\u2019\u00e9tait pas vraiment du Donjons Et Dragons parce que \u00e7a ne faisait pas de sens. Lundi, J\u2019ai convaincu mon ami de laisser Papa \u00eatre le maitre du donjon. Le soir, papa, nos amis et moi avons jou\u00e9 \u00e0 Civ VI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coffee and smoothies in Panama City<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, we rented a car and went to Panama City. We got our soda streams refilled, got some diving equipment, got drinks at a really good coffee shop, then ate at a Mexican restaurant. My chilaquiles were good, but the sauce was very watery. Once we got back to the marina, we played D&D (dad DMed). Once we finished D&D, some of my friends and I played on the grassy field. Then when people started doing karaoke, one of my friends decided to do it, then he roped all of us into it. I even sung! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mexican Food in Panama City<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Mardi on a lou\u00e9 une voiture pour aller \u00e0 la ville de Panama. On a recharg\u00e9 nos soda streams, achet\u00e9 de l\u2018\u00e9quipement de plong\u00e9e, bu des boissons dans un tr\u00e8s bon caf\u00e9, et mang\u00e9 \u00e0 un restaurant Mexican. Mes chilaquiles \u00e9taient bonnes mais la sauce \u00e9tait trop dilu\u00e9e. On a aussi mang\u00e9 des churros. Quand nous sommes revenus \u00e0 la marina, on a jou\u00e9 \u00e0 Donjons Et Dragons. Quand nous avons fini, mes amis et moi on a jou\u00e9 dans l\u2019herbe. Mais quand des personnes ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire du Karaoke, un de mes ami a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de chanter, et apr\u00e8s \u00e7a nous avons tous chant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Churros in Panama City<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday we went to a small town called Portobello. It reminded me of Santa Rosalia in Baja<\/a>\u2026 We visited some ruins of an old Spanish fort. It started raining on us while we were exploring the ruins. Me, mom and dad ran to an old guard post, but it smelled awful inside. Mom went inside a really thick doorway, and dad and I crossed the entire fort to get to another guard post. The funny thing is that we missed the entrance to the underground part of the fort, which was big and very dry. So we could\u2019ve spent our time in a large, open room instead of a small and damp guard post. The weather forecast said it was going to rain for a few more hours, and the rain was going to triple in strength! We decided to run to the car, then we drove back to Colon. After we got back from the village, we went to a restaurant in Colon. I got \u201cFagitas\u201d according to the person who took our orders. They were really just chicken with barbecue sauce. Once we got back to the marina, I went to the pool with my friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fort in Portobello, Panama<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Mercredi on a visit\u00e9 un petit village qui sa\u2019appelle Portobello. \u00c7a m\u2019a rappel\u00e9 Santa Rosalia dans Baja. On a visit\u00e9 les ruines d\u2019un fort Espagnol. Quand nous avons explor\u00e9 les ruines, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 pleuvoir. Nous avons couru jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un poste de garde, mais \u00e7a ne sentait pas bon. Maman a couru sous une embrasure de porte, et Papa et moi avons couru jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un autre poste de garde. La chose rigolote c\u2019est que nous n\u2019avons pas vu l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la partie souterraine du fort, qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s grande et tr\u00e8s s\u00e8che. Donc on aurait pu passer le temps dans une grande pi\u00e8ce et pas dans un petit poste de garde. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone disait qu\u2019il allait pleuvoir pendant plusieurs heures et trois fois plus fort, donc nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de courir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la voiture, et de retourner \u00e0 Colon. Quant nous sommes revenus \u00e0 Colon, nous avons mang\u00e9 au restaurant. La personne qui a pris notre commande a dit que j\u2019ai achet\u00e9 des \u201cFagitas\u201d. C\u2019\u00e9tait juste du poulet et de la sauce barbecue. Quand nous sommes revenus \u00e0 la marina, jJ\u2019ai jou\u00e9er \u00e0 laau piscine avec mes amis.

Rainstorm hit while we were at the fort<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, we went to a really good breakfast place next to the pizza place that we had eaten at earlier. The waiter didn\u2019t do great with the orders, so we had to re-order my pancakes. Dad decided to get a crepe at last minute. After that we returned the car (we were late because of my pancakes and dad\u2019s crepe), did school, played D&D, then went to the pool with my friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panamanian fajitas are not at all like Mexican fajitas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Jeudi, nous avons mang\u00e9 \u00e0 un restaurant qui servait le petit dejeuner qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s proche de la pizzeria. Le serveur n\u2019a pas tr\u00e8s bien pris notre commande, donc je devais re-commander mes pancakes. Papa a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de manger une cr\u00eape juste avant qu\u2019on parte. Apr\u00e8s le petit d\u00e9jeuner, on a rendu la voiture (nous \u00e9tions en retard \u00e0 cause de mes pancakes et de la cr\u00eape de papa), fait l\u2019\u00e9cole, jou\u00e9 \u00e0 donjons et dragons, et all\u00e9 \u00e0 la piscine avec mes amis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday we did school, played D&D, then went to the pool. I feel bad for my friend, because when we played Monkey In The Middle (or our version called Fruit In The Middle where we had fruit code names), he got hit in the head with the ball six times. When we did chicken fighting, he was at the bottom the entire time. He briefly lost feeling in his arm and neck, though he got it back when he did a belly flop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendredi on a fait l\u2019\u00e9cole, jou\u00e9 \u00e0 donjons et dragons et all\u00e9 \u00e0 la piscine. Je me sentais mal pour mon ami, parce que quand nous avons jou\u00e9 \u00e0 Monkey In The Middle (ou notre version o\u00f9 nous avions des noms de codes de fruit), il a re\u00e7u le ballon six fois sur sa t\u00eate. Quant nous avons fait le combat de poule, il \u00e9tait en dessous tout le temps. Il ne pouvait bri\u00e8vement plus sentir son bras et son cou, mais les sensations sont revenues apr\u00e8s qu\u2019il ait fait un plat. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
