Here are a couple of pictures of the sunrise on Tuesday.

Tuesday was a mellow day for us. We moved Kosmos farther into the bay, where the water is a little calmer. We did chores. Check out these cute mini-corn we’d bought at the farmer’s market on Saturday.

We played in the water.

In the evening, we went to the same restaurant for dinner. Here are some pictures from around the resort.

In our last post, we forgot to mention that Bahia Candeleros is south of Loreto. We’re told it is a 30-minute drive to Loreto by car.

Does anyone know what kind of bird this is?

Yesterday, we also started the day with boat chores. We have some friends who moved to Loreto relatively recently, and in the afternoon, they came to visit us aboard Kosmos.

Here is the sunset. The two lumps to the right are islands near the mouth of the bay.

So cool you met up with friends! Beautiful pics. California is on fire so you’re in a good spot. That bird looks like a yellow crowned night heron.
