This week has been mellow. On Saturday, we went to the Walter’s Museum. It had lots of old paintings and a few old suits of armor and a few old weapons. I learned that Samurai armor includes a mask that’s kinda creepy. 

Cette semaine a été sereine. Samedi nous sommes allés au musée de Walter’s. Il y avait beaucoup de vieilles peintures et armures et des armes anciennes. J’ai appris que l’armure du Samurai a un masque qui est effrayant. 

On Sunday, we went to Verde for dinner. On Monday, I started school and we went to a fancy steak restaurant called Ruth’s Chris for dinner. The food was reallllllyyyyyyy good. On Tuesday we laid low all day because it was raining. 

Dimanche nous sommes allés à Verde pour dîner. Lundi j’ai commencé l’école, puis nous avons mangé à un restaurant de viande tres chic qui s’appelle Ruth’s Chris. Le nourriture était très bonne. Mardi nous n’avons rien fait parce qu’il pleuvait. 

On Wednesday, we went to dinner at an Italian restaurant with an old friend of Mom and Dad’s who was visiting Baltimore. 

Mercredi nous avons mangé à un restaurant Italien avec un ancien ami de maman et papa qui visitait Baltimore. 

On Thursday, we left Baltimore and started our passage to Washington DC. We stopped at the Solomons anchorage for the night. On Friday, we went up the Potomac and we anchored at a place called Goose Creek Bay for the night. The passages were quite boring, but at least it was calm the entire time. 

Jeudi nous sommes partis de Baltimore et nous avons commencé notre voyage jusqu’à Washington DC. Nous nous sommes arrêté à un ancrage appelé Solomons pour la nuit. Vendredi nous avons remonté le Potomac, puis nous avons jeté l’ancre à un endroit qui s’appelle Goose Creek Bay pour la nuit. Les voyages étaient assez ennuyants mais calmes.
