Lots of people have been suspicious looking at the pictures. Kosmos looks pretty done, yet we say we will be taking possession in May. They even see the boat happily driving along in one picture. What could there possibly be left to do? People wonder if they are holding our boat hostage or something. Shall we swoop in with swords and pirate hats to take the boat right now? If you stick something in the sea water it does not take too long for it to be covered in furry green marine growth.  To reduce the growth special paint is applied to the bottom of boats. Of course you need to take the boat out of the water to do this, and I got to take some pictures before the bottom painting. Ok, technically these pictures pre-date our previous construction update with inside video and photos, but Nordhavn just sent us these cool pictures of them offloading the boat so we thought we would share.

Woohoo, it floats!  A new boat is born.  And just like a new baby it does not come out exactly clean.  No worries, we know it will be sparkly clean when we take delivery in a few months.

We had an exciting day!  It was the first time we saw Kosmos in person.  We took some pictures and DivX video, including a full boat walkthrough video!
