Welcome Aboard Card

We had this idea giving people a “Welcome Aboard Card” when they come aboard Kosmos. The card’s purpose is to orient people on some important topics. The answers will be on the back of the card, and you will have to come aboard to get the answers. Boat savvy people will know some of the answers, but some are completely specific to Kosmos. First Night Run and Ensenada

Monday May 15th to Tuesday May 16th from Dana Point, USA to Ensenada, Mexico – We wrapped up at Dana Point with our 50 hour oil change on the engine, transmission, and generator with help from the commissioning staff. Pictured are Glenn (left) and Joe (right).

Maiden Voyage to Catalina

Thursday May 11th from Dana Point to Catalina to Dana Point Catalina is a great location for boats in Southern California. We had been there with our previous boat. At 35 miles away from Dana Point it took us about 5 hours to get there and 5 hours to get back. This is a nice first trip, not too far, not too close. It gave us a chance test things while underway and get some fun pictures and video. Jeff Merrill, who is our friend, boating mentor, and Nordhavn salesperson, came along to train us.
