I pondered how I was going to setup this site. To be honest, most people zoom right in on the boat aspect of our plan. It is tempting to focus only on the boat, but I do not want to do that. Now do not get me wrong, the boat is ultra-cool and a major piece of the puzzle. I think from as long as I can remember I wanted to have my own ship. Well it took a while, but we finally got a blog going. It is pretty much setup out of the box, we will see how it does. Hopefully this will make it easier to keep everyone up to date and organize information. This blog is from WordPress and there are tons of interesting features. I am quite interested in the plug-ins that allow you to post lat/long coordinates and have them launch Google Earth.
The times in posts are all in universal coordinated time (UTC), which suits global travel nicely.
We do not have any exciting travel plans for a while, but stay tuned.
